Why am I being charged when you're advertising free listings?

Our free offer applies to basic listings with up to 1 picture. If you add any other pictures, you will be charged for these. Likewise, any make offer or featured listings options will incur a fee.

But don't worry - you will be warned about any fees before you finish the listing. If you want to change anything, you can just go back and make some changes before finalizing your auction.

I can't find a category suitable for what I want to sell

Sometimes, you may want to sell something that doesn't fit into the categories that we have set up. In that case, you can suggest a category to us. Simply login, and click on 'Suggest a Category' on the left hand bar, in the 'Selling' section.
